Identity Design, Theme Development & Concept Implementation
Blast Spa is a relatively new concept in Bahrain and caters to a specific demographic. Both the font and color were carefully chosen to ensure a natural, simple and clean look. The inviting brand portrays the letter 'b' in the shape of leaves; enforcing an organic and granola feel to it. Blast logo and spa depict a spa for men without compromising masculinity. The concept of Blast is promising to males, as not many businesses in this particular business line give attention to their 'look', the logo in this case opens up these expectations without compromising appeal.
Opening Ceremony
Nestle tollhouse is the first of its kind in Bahrain, as is the shopping complex it is located in. Provision paid special attention to marketing to ensure the public and media were aware of the event. Opening ceremony preparations such as the design and printing of Nestle's backdrop, flower arrangements, landscaping the store from the outside, and PR work both before and after the event were handled by the Provision team.
Main Challenge : Provision was under tight time restraints for the opening ceremony of Nestle Tollhouse. PR write-ups had to be delivered in a timely manner whilst ensuring maximum exposure. Details such as venue set-up proved challenging, as set up tools not only had to be organized at the event but located in advance.
Provision Solution : Provision's team of dedicated staff worked around the clock to ensure deadlines were met whilst not compromising quality. Staff were organized and worked in sync to distribute tasks and follow through with the task at hand.

Exhibition Booth Branding Design & Implementation
Headquarters Inauguration
The headquarters inauguration of BKIC event had a different target audience and Provision was up for the challenge. Provision covered the event through branding for venue, invitations, gourmet catering, opening ceremony details, giveaways and design. Planning the event was only the beginning; the Provision team followed through and ensured the ceremony was on track and that no glitches occurred throughout the occasion.
Main Challenge : Venue management was a challenge for this particular event as the location was small, and there was a need to install a tent to accommodate the guests accordingly.
Provision Solution : Provision worked to obtain municipality permissions in order to utilize the minimal space provided and use the road as additional space for a half a day in an effort to ensure the installation of a platform and tent.
Youth Football Tournament- developed & implemented by Provision BH
Provision provides the stepping-stones for companies to give back to the community and optimize exposure for a good cause and their organization. Provision managed this charity event, which focused on raising awareness for cancer patients and people with special needs. Youth gathered to play football; the atmosphere was one of team spirit, motivation and instilling confidence in youth. An online video was created; commercial outreach was extended and youth left the event feeling enriched.
Main Challenge : Covering operational costs whilst donating to the Cancer Society, as this is a charity, not for profit event.
Provision Solution : Provision saw this charity event as a great CSR opportunity, and thus made a substantial donation to the cancer society.
Industrial City
Business Visit to Jubail Industrial City
Provision is proud of its commitment to deliver quality results in local activities as well as globally. The Chinese Delegation visit involved many high profile industry related employees. Cultural sensitivities and awareness were taken into consideration to ensure the highest level of respect and success. This project was significant in ensuring business and investment between the GCC and China. The team at Provision ensured the smooth flow of the trip for visitors whilst guaranteeing Arabian hospitality. Travel arrangements, hotel booking, and receiving delegates were part of the services provided to ensure time was focused solely on essential business matters.
Main Challenge : Ensuring accurate communication was achieved with the Chinese delegation.
Provision Solution : Provision arranged a meeting between the office of China Ambassador in Bahrain, and the 'Federation of GCC Chambers' representative from China to create a partnership and open the doors of communication. This ensured that both sides were able to effectively communicate their thoughts and the smooth flow of business.
Local Female Exhibition Support- developed & implemented by Provision BH
The Galleria exhibition is a much anticipated annual event. Provision provides the framework for local- female talent to network., provide a platform for these young artists to showcase their products, and raise awareness and encourage the public to support young entrepreneurs. This large-scale project entailed marketing, the visual set up of the exhibition and booths, and acquiring of vendors.
Main Challenge : Supporting young entrepreneurs to participate in the event and pay their participation fees.
Provision Solution : Partnering up with Tamkeen for the first time in the Kingdom of Bahrain through 'Tarweej Scheme'. This scheme supported the participants to pay only 20% of their share while the remaining costs were borne by Tamkeen. In addition, the event was under the patronage of MOSD, which also supports 'Productive Families' (Part of the Economic Empowerment program by the MOSD) to participate in the event free of charge.

The SNSE is a conference/exhibition dedicated to educating the public about issues related to youth with Special Needs and showcase latest technologies. Provision was fortunate to organize such an event, and assist in raising awareness while providing the ideal atmosphere to link families with the condition, to appropriate resources and contacts specialized with the most up to date equipment in this field.
Main Challenge : Congregate all related companies in this particular field in Bahrain. This task proved challenging as the majority of international companies (UK, US, Germany) are unaware of the GCC/MENA region market demand of such equipment. In addition to this challenge is the significant competition from foreign exhibitions taking place on a much larger scale.
Provision Solution : Partnering with reputable entities in the GCC to facilitate such events. Federation of GCC Chambers/Bahrain Chamber of Commerce/Medialog 'French based company'/Gulf Disability Society were all approached to participate as strategic partners. Each partner played a significant role within a specific responsibility matrix, allowing wide marketing exposure and spread for the event. With ample exposure and an excellent turn out and small details to extend the legacy such as giveaways (pens), this event is likely to reoccur in Bahrain.
Middle East
Team Building Event
Promoting team spirit within the Sales and Marketing Department of Roche Middle East Division was a priority for Roche and therefore a priority of Provision. Provision ensured staff would receive the optimum benefits from this team- building event through arranging a top -notch facilitator, a masters international trainer, venue and transport. Provision was dedicated to ensuring a successful event and getting Roche in touch with the right people to make it happen.
Main Challenge : Guaranteeing that each staff member was to understand the importance of their individual role in the company and their essential role as a team member. The team building focused on positive reinforcement, the importance of team morals and values and encompassing ROCHE's sales and marketing objectives into this theme.
Provision Solution : The ambiance of the Dragon Hotel & Resort was one that promoted minimal stress and positive emotions. The program was designed to incorporate 20% theoretical information and 80% practical. To ensure an active and hands on experience, outdoor activities were incorporated into the event to keep staff enthusiastic and encourage participation.
Encouraging Youth Entrepreneurship
Encouraging youth and enhancing entrepreneurship skills is a project Provision tackles from A-Z. This event was hosted for a joint venture between Tamkeen and BCCA (Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry). The forum, speakers and catering for attendees and stakeholders were the solely arranged by Provision. Bridges were built between decision makers and the young generation to exchange experience and knowledge. Provision not only provided a framework for this event but paved the steps to ensure a fruitful forum.
Main Challenge : Managing a large-scale event within a 3 month time period, whilst ensuring optimum market exposure.
Provision Solution : Provide an extensive timeline and milestones to highlight and manage tasks daily. Outsourcing portions of the administrative process with the 'Youth Society' was a key factor in the success of this forum. Significant outdoor marketing deliverables were installed in high traffic areas of Bahrain. Partnering with MOE and UOB for such event proved fruitful in ensuring timelines were met and maximum exposure of the event.
Theme Development & Concept Implementation
Ventana is a retail distributor of curtains and blinds in Bahrain. The logo has a corporate feel that is straight to the point, and a name that is trusted. The product being sold is directly incorporated into the logo, with the green blinds on the side of the writing. The focus on a corporate looking logo displays an image of clean services and professional execution. A modern font was chosen to reflect the up-to-date and contemporary inventory sold at Ventana. The branding also includes different shapes, which reflect the variety in blinds being offered.

The Popuccino logo was created to attract a younger demographic. The dot on the 'I' was replaced with a popcorn kernel to help recognize the brand. The different color placements reflect the various brand flavors of the product. The inclusion of 'gourmet' in the branding both in the writing and use of the color purple attracts those drawn in to rich, authentic goods. However, in order to avoid limiting the audience and to evade intimidation, warm and appealing colors, friendly font use, and characters were used in the branding to make it fun and accessible to all.

The jigsaw puzzle of the logo is a direct function of GRF products, as children's entertainment and parks typically are multi-colored and are pieces that fit together. The thought of rubber commonly triggers dull and industrial images. The branding of GRF wanted to steer clear of this stereotype and present a youthful and professional appeal to its adult market. The GRF logo showcases a soft and safe appeal, whilst remaining loyal to its corporate and industrial image.

The logo of SiskoDoner was inspired by Ottoman culture, architecture, tiles and carpets and various other design elements. The elegant and detailed branding symbolizes Turkish cuisine at a global level. This logo was custom designed for the local restaurant, however, the research involved and attention to detail reflects much more than a local concept but rather a well-established, international chain. Well-informed branding decisions ensure optimum appeal while not compromising authenticity.

Dilla Décor is an interior design and contracting company, which offers material supply to building homes. The branding for this company was carefully chosen to display uniqueness and innovation while reflecting the company's motto: 'Deliver a unique design in a creative and unconventional way'. A strong color and brand was established to distinguish Dilla Décor from its competitors. Dilla Décor prides itself on the use of state-of-the-art, high quality material. This company is proud of what they use and sell and the logo represents a confident and high-quality company. The branding is clean-cut, modern and sheik, an image which is essential to portray in interior design and material supply realm.
Identity Design, Theme Development & Concept Implementation
When creating a logo to represent Amin Law Firm several factors were taken into consideration. The logo and law firm were created to target a wide range in audience, not only individual but corporate. Our designers focused on a image that distinguishes Amin from its competitors whilst establishing a mainstream look, a style that is lacking in the GCC Region. The logo was designed to give it a strong and outstanding look, it is bold, and has character. The letter 'A' from Amin's name is evident in the logo, as is the scale of justice: a traditional symbol of law. Amin is a high quality law firm offering international standards of law practicing, amongst its many other amicable services; thus, the logo and design reflect this.
